As leisure travelers for a weekend getaway, we enjoyed the trendy vibe and top-notch service of Hyatt Centric. the staff, from housekeeping to the front desk, was exceptional. the room, though cozy, was clean, modern, and well-equipped. the deck and bar areas were delightful, with a stunning view from our room. the location was perfect, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance.

The rooftop bar was spacious and had a great ambiance for New Year's Eve. The shower was refreshing and indulgent. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, giving tips on nearby places in the city to visit.

It was difficult to move around without tripping over furniture, and the bed was uncomfortably soft. The coffee machine was a waste of space, as it only offered espresso - a regular coffee maker would have been much more suitable.

Guests with mobility issues had a hard time navigating the limited walking space. the bed was soft and uncomfortable, and there was no possibility of changing the room. Breakfast options were scarce, and the staff seemed inattentive to their duties. the lobby was tiny and lacked character.
